Refund & Replacement Policies

If you get a damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost if you let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’re not responsible for damage after it’s been shipped. If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours with a picture and original packaging for a replacement. Our products have a one-year warranty. If something isn’t working right, reach out, and we’ll help or replace it.


Please review all information for accuracy before finalizing your order to prevent any potential losses during shipping or other unforeseen incidents. Our store cannot be held responsible for any misrouted shipments.


If for any reason the purchased item doesn’t meet your needs, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must remain in brand new condition and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned items. Please note that any modifications or damage to an item disqualifies it from being eligible for return.

To process your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that return shipments may take up to 15 days to reach us. Once we receive your return, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the transaction to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again. It’s advisable to also contact your credit card company as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and have yet to receive your refund, we kindly request that you reach out to us by submitting a ticket through our website.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, it must be done prior to receiving confirmation of shipment. Please initiate the cancellation process by replying to the original purchase confirmation email, expressing your desire to cancel the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accommodate cancellations, and you will need to adhere to our return policy for handling the item.
